The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BikroyPlus and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your business data remains your property.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BikroyPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
